The mattress core can be divided into 3 horizontal layers, Therapeutic layer, support layer, profiled layer. Therapeutic layer consists of five zones made from different materials, each of them reflecting the ergonomics of human body. Viscoelastic foam, SMART latex, and 3D textile grid provide very good pressure relief and great comfort for patient’s skin due to high breathability, elasticity or memory effect. Support layer made from high density cold foams provides enhanced durability for the product. Profiled bottom layer improves air circulation in the core. The mattress provides fortified edges and the removable Lintex cover made by HF welding.
